Empty my GARDEN WASTE Bin

Please include only green garden waste in the garden waste collections.

Yes to grass clippings, leaves, plants, shrubs etc.

Don't include - branches thicker than 5 cms, stones and rubble, tree trunks, food, general waste, plastic, planks of wood.  

(These items can damage our dustcart and also prevents waste from being composted).

One bin is the equivalent to 4 sacks of green waste.  You can use black bags, compost bags or green waste bags.  All bags and containers are returned as we don't want them in the load to ensure full compostability.  

Please note - we are unable to empty '1 tonne bags' or 'hippo bags' as they are too heavy for our drivers to lift.  Please split the waste into smaller containers.

Wilrose Environmental Ltd are a local commercial waste company, registered in Richmond borough and operating across London and Surrey.  Our Head office is in Elmbridge Borough.  We collect commercial waste from restaurants, cafes, shops, industrial estates, retail, leisure sites and schools and hospitals.  Wilrose provides commercial skip hire and Wilrose also collects green garden waste from local residents.

You will receive an email to confirm your garden waste collection, but we are currently collecting every Wednesday.  Occasionally we may change your day if we are particularly busy. This allows us to be as environmentally friendly as possible through route planning and allows us to cater to the varying demand.  

Wilrose will take your green garden waste to a fully licensed green waste tipping site  where the waste is fully recycled into compost.

The standard price covers the 20% VAT, commercial tipping costs of waste, the driver, the vehicle, the fuel and leaves a small amount left over to support the business.  

Wilrose are offering an ad hoc service.   You are paying for the empty and safe disposal of your waste.  The ad hoc service is not a subscription service.  Whenever you need an empty, just get booked in.  This allows you to only pay for a service when you need it.  

We might send you the odd email, but will never sell your data and only use it for waste collection updates every now and then.

We are continuing to collect green waste from Elmbridge Borough and Richmond Borough at the moment.  We hope it helps those people who don't use the Council service at all, those wanting more frequent collections than fortnightly, and also those who are having a garden clear out and have excess green waste.
