Simply email us your postcode to
to check your collection day.
Please note the above collection days - if you book in and pay - we will turn up on that day! Put it in your diary. Make sure your green waste bin is out by 7am.
You can book at any time for a future day, we will send you a reminder the evening before to remind you to put your bin out.
Orders after 4pm can't be included in the next day's area, and will be allocated to the following week's round.
Please include only green garden waste.
Yes to grass clippings, leaves, plants, shrubs etc.
Don't include - branches thicker than 5 cms, stones and rubble, tree trunks, food, general waste, plastic, planks of wood.
The main reason is these items can damage our dustcart and also prevents waste from being composted.
One bin is the equivalent to 4 sacks of green waste. Any sack will do - black bags, compost bags or green waste bags. All bags and containers are returned as we don't want them in the load to ensure full compostability.
Please click on the picture of the bin above and then add the correct quantity to your cart. Then check out.
Some people have needed to unclick the 'same billing address' button for PayPal to work.
Any problems, please contact us as we can take bookings over the phone.
Wilrose Environmental Ltd are a local commercial waste company, registered in Richmond borough. We normally collect commercial waste from restaurants, cafes, shops, industrial estates, retail, leisure sites and schools and hospitals.
During the economic shut down, many of our commercial customers have been closed. Nonetheless, we continue to collect waste from hospitals, schools, care homes and take aways.
As a result we have some spare trucks. We offered to our friends and neighbours and on Facebook and NextDoor the opportunity to have the green waste bins emptied. Word got round and lots of people have signed up.
While some civic amenity sites are closed to the public or difficult to access, commercial waste companies can still use the waste transfer stations. This is where waste goes to after the civic amenity sites.
Wilrose will take your green waste to a fully licensed green waste tipping site in Leatherhead where the waste is recycled.
The price covers the VAT, commercial tipping costs, the driver, the vehicle, and leaves a small amount to contribute to our ability to continue to operate and support the key services still producing waste.
We are very grateful to customers who are supporting us at this time.
If you know anyone who runs a business (open or closed at the moment) please let them know about our local commercial waste services – we normally supply services to restaurants, shops, cafes, health centres and offices across large parts of London and Surrey. While it is quiet, companies should look at their waste costs. We are almost always cheaper than national companies and middle man brokers and believe in excellent customer services and reliable collections. We are also offering a flexicontract where they can increase or decrease their waste outputs according to meet their needs with no penalties or charges.
Wilrose is a fully legally compliant waste collector with an operator’s licence and a waste transfer licence. We are a limited company and are VAT registered. These documents are on our website here https://wilrose.co.uk/policy-documents-1
Yes - please book online and note the collection day for your area and put the bin out by 7am on that day. And once again, THANK YOU for supporting us through this difficult time.
A number of customers have asked us to keep collecting green waste.
We hope to continue to collect it especially as it helps those who don't use the Council service at all, those wanting more frequent collections than fortnightly, and also those who are having a garden clear out and have excess green waste. Please continue to book and all the while there is demand, we can keep the services going. Thank you.
